PROCESS - PROPOSAL

After receiving a Request for Proposal (RFP) from a particular client, strategy development begins. Tools and Technologies are identified, based on the site's requirements and objectives. Dates and resources are identified and a team is selected and commitment of all members is obtained. A preliminary budget is created based on the site's requirements. This may be adjusted prior to client commitment. A preliminary site map is designed. This too is subject to change based upon user research. Finally, all of these elements are compiled into a Proposal document. This is a living document and can change at any stage of the project.next >>
